A HUGE mound of cookie...blob, that is frothing with baking powder instead of flour!
Perhaps baking at this time of night is not wise...or maybe I shouldn't try it at all!
Looks like its hummus and rice crackers for shared lunch tomorrow - sorry class.
LOL baking powder has a different consistency to flour, this tells me you need to be doing more baking lol
